They're at the Post and They're Off...
Each year a number of fundraising activities are held to support the Athletic Association. Since we operate the Tillbrook complex we must ensure that there are funds to support our baseball/softball programs as well as our fields. Typical fundraising events include:
Night at the Races
If you have not purchased your Night at the Races
tickets or need additional tickets you may call Bob Stokes

The
West Hempfield Athletic Association has scheduled their annual Night at
the Races. The Night at the Races will be held at the Adamsburg
Firehall on Saturday, March 31st, doors will open at 5:30. You can
purchase event tickets ($10), horses($10), jockeys ($5), & race sponsors
($25).
You
can contact any of the board members if you need extra tickets or will
be entertaining larger groups.
Of course we will need
many volunteers to help make this event a success. There will be
sign-up sheets at registration or you can contact Lisa Rendulic, Cheri
Hall, or Carrie Swauger. Thank you in advance for your help.
